Who we are
EMH Driving School is the trading name of Waleed Bhatti, sole trader, 12 Ecton Close, Nottingham NG5 9LX. Waleed Bhatti is the data controller for information you give us. Contact us at info@emhdrivingschool.co.uk or 07444 073325.
What we collect and why
When you enquire or book, we collect your name, phone number, email, postcode and details about your driving experience. We use this only to arrange and deliver your lessons, and to contact you about them. Our lawful basis is taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details and lesson notes while you take lessons with us and for up to 2 years afterwards, then delete them. Payment records are kept for 6 years because HMRC requires self-employed business records to be kept.
Sharing
We never sell your data. Enquiries sent through the form on this website are delivered to our inbox by our email delivery provider, Resend, which processes them only to deliver them to us. Enquiries sent via WhatsApp or email are handled by those providers under their own privacy policies.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
